Nigeria’s Super Falcons have unveiled a new jersey featuring 10 stars around the team’s badge as they prepare to defend their Women’s Africa Cup of Nations title at the 2026 tournament in Morocco.
The 10 stars represent each of Nigeria’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations titles, reflecting the team’s record as the competition’s most successful side.
The Falcons wore the jersey for the first time during their 2–1 international friendly win over Tanzania’s Twiga Stars on Thursday.
The team, coached by Justin Madugu, will begin the defence of their continental title against tournament debutants Malawi at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat on Tuesday after the competition opens on Saturday.
Nigeria will be aiming to secure an 11th Women’s Africa Cup of Nations title and extend its record in the tournament.
